Mr. Gardner has more than 20 years of experience working with organizations ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500 companies.  Since 2013, Mr. Gardner has served as the CEO of Gardner Capital Group LLC, a successful proprietary trading organization.  He is currently the fractional CFO of United Energy Services.  Prior to that, he held positions in the Audit and Management Consulting Practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Treasury Department of Aon Corporation, and multiple roles at Wall Street firms Lehman Brothers, Jefferies & Co, and Credit Suisse. Mr. Gardner specializes in mergers and acquisitions due diligence, deal negotiation, capital structure optimization, financial metrics and performance optimization, budgeting/forecasting, and long term strategy development and implementation. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
